Returns/Exchanges

  • RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your clothing or products, you can return the items within 20 days of your purchase date. The items must be returned in the original packaging, with the original tags, in unworn condition.

NO PET HAIR ON THE RETURNED ITEMS. WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY ITEMS WITH PET HAIR ON THEM PERIOD! 

YOU MUST contact us before sending any items back to us to request a Return Authorization number (RA). 

    You can give us a call at (949) 546-7076 or e-mail us at orders@riznwild.com so we can provide you with this number. The purpose of an (RA) number is so we know what return goes with what person. Once your return is received by us it will be inspected by our staff, we will contact you to let you know if the items passed our inspection. If passed your refund will be issued asap (1-3 business days).

    Refund times depend on the method of payment and the processing companies policies. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you back your original shipping charges. Please have your order number ready when contacting us, it will help out a lot. 

    • EXCHANGES 

    We gladly accept exchanges. Please return the item or items you wish to exchange with us within 20 days of your original purchase. The items must be returned in the original packaging, with the original tags, in unworn condition.

Return Items in any manner that you wish, as long as it is prepaid by the purchaser we are not responsible for lost or uninsured exchanged items.

      If you want to exchange an item for another item and the value of the item is more or less than the original price you will either have to pay the balance or we will issue a refund for the items. You will not have to pay for shipping the second time we will cover it. Please have your order number ready when calling us it will help out a lot.

      Please note that any items being returned back to us we will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen while in route back to us.

      • EXCHANGES 
      Depending on your situation and current inventory stock, we will either switch out your item for something else that you agree on, or we will replace the item or items.
        • REFUNDS
        The terms of the refund depends on the type of payment used to make your purchase with us, and also depends on the amount of time that has passed if a refund is still possible. Usually, we can refund you back the amount to your payment charged, we can send you a check, or we can issue you a credit for future purchases at our store.
          • DAMAGED ITEMS
          Please inspect your items upon delivery, if you find anything damaged please contact us immediately (You will have 5 days to notify us once you have received your items to issue a claim with us). We stand behind our products and want you to be very happy with them. We will exchange any damaged items, contact us by e-mail at orders@riznwild.com or by phone at (949) 546-7076 before sending anything back to us.
