International Orders

We are currently shipping to the following countries: Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. 

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value-added taxes. These charges will be charges to you, the purchaser, upon receiving your RIZNWILD order. RIZNWILD does not charge these extra charges, they are applied by your country’s laws or regulations. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. International service methods may also include brokerage fees. Most International orders are shipped with USPS shipping method. We may add DHL in the future. 

International orders will be charged a shipping price based off the total weight of all the items the buyer is purchasing. 

• SHIPMENTS DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE 

If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted by a RIZNWILD salesperson of this once we receive your package. If you still want the package to be shipped to you again you must re-pay the shipping charges again. If you do not want the items re-shipped to you we will refund you for the price of the items you purchased but not for any shipping that occurred on your order.

International orders can do returns or exchanges but the items to be returned will be at buyers cost to ship the items back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen while in route back to us.
